On December 08th, the German move consulting GmbH (move) and the Australia-based Gruen-Tec.Consulting (GTC) signed a Memorandum of Unterstanding to collaborate on market exploration. The bi-directional agreement marks the starting point of the multi-national cooperation.
“We are glad to join forces with a trustful partner in Australia – a country focusing strongly on sustainable energy and mobility solutions. This open new dimensions for move and our clients, as we’re now having a direct path into the Australian market.”, says Dr. Jörn Seebode, Managing Director at move consulting.
The planned activities are focusing on innovation project development, product development, funding & venture capital and market introduction.
Thomas Gerlach, Managing Director of Gruen-Tec.Consulting explains: “This bi-directional agreement means a lot for us: the partnership gives Gruen-Tec.Consulting access to latest European technology in the fields of sustainability, hydrogen, digitization, but also to the valuable industry network of move consulting. On the other hand, we’ve now the chance to enable Australian companies a direct market access to Europe.”
